At Herglamor, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used press-on nails.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  •  Please ensure that your return is well-packed and sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [service@herglamor.com](mailto:service@herglamor.com).


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
